Our policies are visible when booking. To view the policies that apply to your specific booking, please refer to your confirmation email and select Change/Cancel Appointment>Edit Info.

Cancellation & Late Policy

Classes cannot be rescheduled or cancelled within 12 hours of the start time. Cancellations within 12 hours of class time and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be credited.

Unlimited members who cancel within 12 hours of class or no-show will be charged a $5 late cancellation/no-show fee.

For drop-in clients, a $2 non-refundable processing fee applies. This fee is included in your purchase. (if you cancel more than 12 hours in advance, you will only be refunded $18 of the $20)

Clients may not enter class more than 10 minutes after it begins.

Cove Wellness Club may cancel any class at any time. If the studio cancels, a full refund or class credit will be returned to your account.

Class Pack Terms and Conditions

buy checking this box and purchasing a class pack and/or membership, you understand and agree to the following:

1. ALL CLASS PACKS ARE VALID FOR A LIMITED TIME.

- please check the description of your class pack for the validity period

2. Class pack/membership credits can only be used for 1 individual.

3. Classes that are not used by the expiration date will not be refunded.

General Studio Policy/Etiquette

  • Socks are required for all classes to help maintain a clean and sanitary studio environment. Socks must be on before stepping onto mats.

  • Outside equipment is not permitted in the studio to help ensure everyone’s safety. We provide all equipment appropriate for our classes.

  • Need a little extra cushioning? The studio has extra mats available if you’d like additional padding.

  • We love the sense of community in our studio! During class, please keep conversations light and brief so everyone can stay focused, hear instruction clearly, and enjoy the experience together. :)

  • Photo and video recording is not permitted during class to help maintain a comfortable and focused environment for all participants.

  • Doors open 8 minutes before class time. Please wait outside until then.

  • Please leave personal belongings in the hallway to keep the studio space clear and safe.

  • Cancellation policy: Our 12-hour cancellation policy is strictly enforced, regardless of the reason (including sickness and unforeseen circumstances).
