Our policies are visible when booking. To view the policies that apply to your specific booking, please refer to your confirmation email and select Change/Cancel Appointment>Edit Info.
Cancellation & Late Policy
Classes cannot be rescheduled or cancelled within 12 hours of the start time. Cancellations within 12 hours of class time and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be credited.
For drop-in clients, a $2 non-refundable processing fee applies. This fee is included in your purchase. (if you cancel more than 12 hours in advance, you will only be refunded $18 of the $20)
Clients may not enter class more than 10 minutes after it begins.
Cove Wellness Club may cancel any class at any time. If the studio cancels, a full refund or class credit will be returned to your account.
Class Pack Terms and Conditions
All class packs are valid for a limited time. By purchasing a class pack, you understand that classes must be booked and attended before the expiration date. Classes that are not used by the expiration date will not be refunded, and cannot be credited towards classes beyond the expiration date. Each class pack can only be used for 1 individual.
