CANCELLATION POLICY

12-HOUR POLICY
Classes cannot be cancelled or rescheduled within 12 hours of class. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and non-creditable, regardless of the reason, including illness or unforeseen circumstances.

Not sure you’ll make it? We recommend waiting to book until the day of class. If you need to cancel within 12 hours, please email covewellnessclub25@gmail.com

UNLIMITED MEMBERS
Late cancellations/no-shows: $5 fee

DROP-INS
A $2 non-refundable processing fee is included in your purchase. Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance receive an $18 refund on a $20 drop-in.

STUDIO
Cove Wellness Club may cancel a class at any time. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund or class credit.

Class Pack Terms and Conditions

by checking this box and purchasing a class pack and/or membership, you understand and agree to the following:

1. ALL CLASS PACKS ARE VALID FOR A LIMITED TIME.

- please check the description of your class pack for the validity period

2. Class pack/membership credits can only be used for 1 individual.

3. Classes that are not used by the expiration date will not be refunded.

General Studio Policy/Etiquette

  • Socks are required for all classes to help maintain a clean and sanitary studio environment. Socks must be on before stepping onto mats.

  • Outside equipment is not permitted in the studio to help ensure everyone’s safety. We provide all equipment appropriate for our classes.

    • Need a little extra cushioning? The studio has extra mats available if you’d like additional padding.

  • We love the sense of community in our studio! During class, please limit conversations so everyone can stay focused, hear instruction clearly, and enjoy the experience together. :)

  • Photo and video recording is not permitted during class to help maintain a comfortable and focused environment for all participants.

  • Doors open 8 minutes before class time. Please wait outside until then.

  • Please leave personal belongings in the hallway to keep the studio space clear and safe.

  • Lost and found items will be held for 2 weeks at the studio, after this point, the item will be either disposed or donated

  • Our class schedule varies month to month, please be mindful our class schedule is subject to change based on demand and studio availability

  • Cancellation policy: Our 12-hour cancellation policy is strictly enforced, regardless of the reason (including sickness and unforeseen circumstances).

    kindly note: if you are rude/disrespectful towards our policies, staff, or members, you will be banned from the studio
