Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your class. Cancellations made within the 12-hour window will not be refunded, and no-shows are non-refundable.

For clients using our Intro Offer, cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a $10 fee.

All standard cancellations are subject to a $2 fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee does not apply to classes booked with a class pack.

Late Policy

To keep our classes flowing smoothly and to honour everyone’s experience, please note that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your spot may no longer be held. This helps us maintain a calm, safe, and uninterrupted environment for the whole class.

Severe Weather Cancellation Exceptions

If either schools or buses are cancelled, the following adjusted cancellation times will apply:

Morning Classes (before 12:00 PM)
• Must be cancelled by 6:30 AM
• Any cancellations made after 6:30 AM will follow our standard cancellation policy

Evening Classes (after 12:00pm)
• Must be cancelled by 12:00 PM (noon)
• Any cancellations made after 12:00 PM on will follow our standard cancellation policy

if schools and busses are running, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
