FORM
Our FORM class offers a beginner-friendly contemporary Pilates workout designed to build a strong foundation in movement. We’ll focus on proper form and core engagement so you can get the most out of every exercise. FORM is recommended for all client, both at the beginning of your Pilates journey and throughout your practice, to build and maintain healthy movement patterns.
No experience needed for this class, all levels welcome. We recommend taking 3-10 FORM classes before taking more advanced classes :)
PILATES
Our pilates class offers a balanced, full-body contemporary pilates-inspired workout focused on core strength, control, and alignment. Expect slow, controlled movements and intentional pacing designed to build strength, and improve stability.
Previous pilates experience is recommended (though not required) for this class, we recommend attending 3-10 form classes to build confidence, proper form, and a strong foundation.
SCULPT
Our sculpt class is a pilates-inspired strength workout that blends traditional Pilates principles with higher intensity movement. Using light weights and dynamic sequences, this class focuses on building strength, endurance, and muscle definition.
Previous pilates experience is required for this class, we recommend takings 10-15 pilates classes before attending your first sculpt class!
BARRE
Our barre class combines small, controlled movements with high repetitions to target the legs, glutes, and core. Expect a high-burn workout that improves strength, balance, and muscular endurance.

ALIGN
Our Align class offers a calming flow through a blend of stretch and pilates, focused on mindfulness, flexibility, and resetting your mind, body and soul.
No experience is needed for this class, all levels welcome!
Seasonal Offerings
During the summer months, select classes are offered outdoors on the patio or at the beach. These classes will be labelled “Pilates on the Patio” or “Beach Pilates” on the schedule. Outdoor classes are offered late April-early October
During the colder months, heated classes are offered on select Tuesdays and Thursdays. These classes will be labelled “HOT PILATES” or “HOT SCULPT” on the schdules. Heated classes are offered late October- early April.
